A Few Things to know

Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens! To keep the schedule running smoothly, here’s how cancellations and changes work:
• Changes, cancellations, or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
• Changes, cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours and 24 hours before your visit to help you plan.
How This Policy Is Enforced: The card on file is securely kept through the booking system and will be automatically charged according to the guidelines above. This ensures fairness to all clients and helps maintain an efficient schedule. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this policy — it truly allows me to serve everyone with care and consistency.
Late Appointments
Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late may be cancelled and will be charged the full cost of the service. We encourage arriving on time so you can enjoy your full experience
Manicure Policy & Aftercare
• Repairs within 72 hours of your service are complimentary. (must be contacted in that time frame with photos)
• Repairs within one week of your service can be completed at no extra charge.
• Repairs needed after one week will require a new manicure set.
Proper aftercare is key to maintaining and protecting your nails. Aftercare instructions will be explained during your appointment, and aftercare cards are available for you to take home.
